9:45-11:10am: Fixed FTP

-Fixed the FTP shortcut on Central Dispatch (CD)
-Created a "Things that Need to Be Open on CD" folder, located convienently on
the desktop.
-Created new Drop Box folder in FTP_FOLDER
-Created a new username fo John Flynn; user: JFlynn pass: see bongo or kareema
-Linked "outsider" and "JFlynn" to the new "Drop Box."
-Tested new drop box using user: outsider; as of yet JFlynn does not work.
